正山小種屬于全發(fā)酵茶，茶品外形條索緊細(xì)，色澤烏潤，整碎勻齊，香氣呈花果香，滋味濃醇甜爽，湯色橙黃較明亮。Zhengshan small species belong to the full fermentation tea, tea shape tight and fine, color sum, the whole is well-balanced, the aroma is flowery and fruity fragrance, taste strong mellow sweet, soup orange and yellow brighter.
沖泡方法
根據(jù)個(gè)人口味濃淡掌握紅茶投茶量為3~5克，使用80度~90度水沖泡。三分茶七分水，泡茶山泉水上佳，市場銷售純凈水亦可，自來水則不宜泡茶。沖泡注水需緩慢有條不紊地浸出茶的內(nèi)質(zhì)，才會(huì)是一盞茶水融合度較好的溫軟茶湯。Put 3-5 grams placed in a teapot and add 90ml of boiling water (85 Celcius). Wait 15-25 seconds before pouring the tea. Use spring water or mineral water for a richer taste.
